Mr.Dhammika Kodippili

On the evening of 2012 March 19, a businessman named Mr. Dhammika Kodippili from Anuradhapura won the medal for Entrepreneur of the year in the North central province, so far this has been his greatest achievement of his business life. REFLECTION ABOUT PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

             For the past weeks I have been doing some serious self-search even though I reflect on myself continuously – but this time it has been different. Why?                  It all begun when I realized that my goals, my aspirations, my personal development visions and my daily routines and experiences were in conflict. I did not feel satisfied with my current situation and the future sight of it. I also realized that I had started to lack energy in some of my core strengths: the positive and active attitude and the open-minded enthusiasm. It felt frustrating and exhausting. I wanted to do something about it and decided to buy a yellow cardboard and some colorful marker pens. I started to write down meaningful key words on the cardboard that were important to me, that in some way represented the life I wanted to live. LEARNING STYLES

  Actually before i have no idea about how i am learning from the lectures and other stuffs like   books, papers, slides. After i getting know about these learning styles actually i decide that how i am going to study on my way. I think everyone should analyze about the way they learning a thing, and there are 3 ways of learning from a thing, and those are Visualization, Auditory  and Tactile, visialuzation means that we are learning by seen something from the outside and create a visual in our mind about what we saw, then we manage that visual in our mind to learn from it and memorize it again and again. Auditory means we are learning from listening to something or someone, like we learning during the lecturer giving us lectures and by listening to lecturer we are learning, everything thing that lecturer said is going to our mind as a memory, and then we  reorganize those things and words that we listened and create our own way to learn from those words that we listened.
